How do I contact someone at PropertyRadar?

You can contact the PropertyRadar Support team using either the PropertyRadar.com website, or from within the app. We will address your concerns as soon as possible during regular business hours, Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm Pacific-time.

From the Customer Support Center

Using the Customer Support Center at support.propertyradar.com you can either:

  • Contact Support, or
  • Schedule a Call

To Open a Support Ticket:

  1. From the PropertyRadar.com website, click Support in the upper-right side of the window.
    The Customer Support Center is opened.
  2. Click
    The Submit a request form is displayed.
  3. Provide your email address, a subject header, and a description of your question/issue.
    Optionally, you can also provide your phone number, and best times to reach you during Pacific-time regular business hours. And you can attach a file for us to review for help, such as a screen shot of the app where you have a question.
  4. Click .
    The PropertyRadar Support team receives your support form, and will take care of your request. Then we will contact you regarding the resolution.

To Schedule a Call:

  1. From the PropertyRadar.com website, click Support in the upper-right side of the window.
    The Customer Support Center is opened.
  2. Click .
    The Book an Appointment with PropertyRadar window opens.
  3. Choose the type of Customer Support you want by clicking one of the following options:
    One to One Demo
    Talk to a Pro
  4. Choose a Date and Time by clicking on the calendar date, and then the time selection when you'd like to talk with a Support team member.
    Remember these times are during the Pacific time zone.
  5. Provide your name, email address, and your mobile phone number. 
    Optionally, you can also provide comments about your discussion points or questions. And you can provide you company name if you with.
  6. Click .
  7. Review the Confirm Your Information panel to be sure everything is correct.
    If you need to change any information, you can click on the toolbar to go back to the page you want to change.
  8. Once you're satisfied with your phone call date, time, and contact information, click .
    The appointment is confirmed, and a member of the PropertyRadar Support team will call you on the date and time of your appointment, at the phone number you provided. You will also receive an email appointment confirmation with a calendar attachment.

From the App

After logging into the app, you can contact the PropertyRadar Support team from the Main Menu Chat option to Contact Support.

1. Click the Help button to open the Help menu:

- Click on 

- Enter your message or request.

2. You can also click on the chat icon .

The PropertyRadar Support team receives your request and will get back to you during normal business hours.
