After our most recent update, we have had a number of users who have experienced problems due to browser caching. Browsers cache information so that they don't have to download it each time a website is visited, which speeds performance.
On our end, we adjust cache settings to tell browsers when we have something new. Usually that works quite well, but with this release, we are seeing a number of browsers ignore our settings and instead use old files causing a variety of unusual issues.
If you are experiencing anything unusual, especially on Windows, or in Firefox, please try clearing your cache, or contact our Support team for help getting the issue resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
