Mail Merge Tutorial

 

Step 1: Pick a Microsoft Word Template and Click to Download

Step 2: Download your Mailing List

Step 3: Open the Template in MS Word- Merge fields are already embedded- Customize template to your needs

Step 4: Merge your Mailing List in MS Word:

  1. Go to the Mailings toolbar or menu.
  2. Choose "Select Recipients".
  3. Select "Use an Existing List...".
  4. Open the List you downloaded in Step 2

Step 5: Preview or Print Results!
