If you are talking about professional investors - previous fcl. history doesn’t matter. ?They will want to know your ability to handle a deal. ?Most, not all, will want you to have some skin in the game. ?Eg. ?If you buy a short sale you want to flip, you put up 30%, the investor/lender loans you the balance. ?There are a few speculators around that if you bring them a super deal - will put up all the money and split it.
