I am a 22yr license general contractor in San Bernidino CA. I need investors to buy and flip auction homes . I find the homes., physically go to check the condition of property before the auction date . Run the numbers for rehab .Do all the rehab work to keep cost as low as possible Check the comps in the area, do title search.Then and only then, to minimize all risk, do I buy. I need backers to fund. I can offer 8% on short term money.

Thanks for posting. There are several investor clubs in the San Bernardino area. You may want to reach out to some of the clubs or network with Realtors in the area. I know several Realtors that are working with auction investors and they may be a good source for finding someone that is willing to work with you.
