House I was buying, owners sold out for a better offer, what are my rights?

Owners offer to sell the house I was renting from them; they had papers drawn and were waiting for my income tax return for my share of closing cost, planning on March 1st to to pay this and both agreed to no inspection and they would carried us at 2%. Three weeks before March 1st they notified us that they were getting an appraisal at no cost to them or us and then the next week came and told us that they got a offer for the house that they couldn’t pass up and that they were given me five weeks notice to vacant my home… What are my rights? I have my papers that all I needed to pay closing and the house was mine, I don’t think this was legal on their part. Please help?
